Cancellations & Modifications

Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking, provided the travel date is more than 14 days away and the ticket is not booked as a Basic fare.

Eligibility for refunds shall be governed exclusively by the provider’s stated refund rules.

Our service fee shall be refundable only in the event that the provider issues a full refund for the booking.

Involuntary Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation where required by applicable law or in the event of non-payment. Where feasible, we may assist in arranging an alternative booking; however, such assistance is not guaranteed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and in the original transaction currency. Refund processing times and any applicable currency conversion rates are determined by the issuing financial institution.

We shall not be liable for any bank charges, transaction fees, or other costs incurred in connection with the refund process.
